01 — Direct Program Implementation

Community Health & Nutrition

The Foundation delivers mobile health camps and preventive health awareness drives directly in underserved villages, bringing basic diagnostics and care closer to families who need it most. It implements maternal and child health and nutrition programs addressing the root causes of stunting and anaemia, and works to strengthen the link between communities and existing government health entitlements, so that access to care becomes a lasting structural reality rather than a one-time intervention.

Livelihood & Economic Empowerment

The Foundation seeks to strengthen household resilience by enabling families to build diverse and sustainable sources of income. Through vocational training, support for Farmer Producer Organisations (FPOs), promotion of kitchen gardens, and adoption of sustainable and organic farming practices, it aims to enhance productivity, improve household nutrition, and create stronger links with local markets. This includes finding and promoting traditional skills and handicrafts, and connecting artisans with markets for better livelihoods. Special emphasis is placed on supporting women-led enterprises and creating entrepreneurship opportunities for young people, ensuring that the benefits of economic growth are shared equally.

Climate Action & Environmental Sustainability

Working alongside smallholder farmers and forest-dependent communities, the Foundation promotes climate resilience through the adoption of clean energy solutions and sustainable agricultural practices. It aims to help communities strengthen their capacity to withstand climate-related shocks while protecting and sustaining their livelihoods.

02 — Consultancy Services

Advisory & Consultancy for Development Organisations

The Foundation provides need-based advisory and consultancy support to NGOs, CSR teams, and development agencies across the entire project cycle, from concept design to implementation, monitoring, and evaluation. Through this work, it aims to help organisations become more effective, credible, and sustainable.

Youth Mentorship & Leadership Development

The Foundation provides structured, personalised mentorship programs designed to help young people navigate career pathways and build their leadership capabilities. Drawing on its experience and network in the development sector, these initiatives seek to broaden access to guidance and opportunities.

Impact Assessment

As an independent third party, the Foundation designs and conducts rigorous impact assessments, monitoring, and evaluation to help organisations better understand, measure, and strengthen the effectiveness of their programs. By generating credible evidence and actionable insights, it supports organisations in communicating their outcomes transparently and demonstrating the value of their work to donors, partners, and the communities they serve.
